HEARING AID BENEFITS

The Fund provides limited hearing aid benefits of Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750) per ear, once every three years. These benefits can be applied to the purchase or repair of medically necessary hearing aids. In order to receive these benefits, remit paid receipts for hearing aids and hearing aid repairs to the Fund office for reimbursement.
