It's Time to Resign!

Message

You have politicized the Office of Attorney General by joining a highly partisan lawsuit to repeal the recently passed federal healthcare reform legislation. It is known that you agreed to join the lawsuit before the bill was even written, meaning that you made your decision before reading the legislation. Most constitutional law professors think that this suit is frivolous and a politically-motivated waste of taxpayers' money. To use my taxpayer dollars to file this lawsuit challenging the Healthcare reform legislation passed by Congress is inexcusable to me. Legislation, which is designed to reign in the future cost of healthcare and make it more affordable for everyone,is critical to the survival of decent healthcare in the United States. For the sake of the people of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and for the integrity of the Office of Attorney General, I urge you to resign immediately.
